Optimizing Space For Growth
The Collingwood Brewery is a unique commercial building featuring a tap room, brewing production area, retail space and working offices on the second floor. A charming, rustic feel surrounds the tap room, which opens up into the brewing area with 10 foot sliding glass doors. Our clients’ request to optimize the space for future expansion was kept at the forefront during construction. As a result, the Collingwood Brewery has been able to expand twice since its opening.
